Meeting: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/4086580891?pwd=4FJY0VFwS3lvFHbWQ944zwM7fDs5TO.1 Session: 4942adcc-3ba5-482b-98da-ac4a36b0e063 == SUMMARY == The team reviewed recent progress on a bar inventory management app, including a vendor-produced dashboard mockup and updates to the daily report email. Andrew shared that a bottle audit feature is being added to the morning email report and should roll out by end of week. Dan discussed refining the investor pitch materials, including a plan to produce a short explainer video to better convey the product concept to potential investors. The group also discussed getting real user feedback from Penn Entertainment and having Jennifer evaluate the bar manager interface from a bartender's perspective. == DECISIONS == - The bottle inventory audit will be added to the bottom of the daily report email along with a printable spreadsheet. - The explainer video will be produced by Dan as a short 30-second pitch tool for investors. - The bar manager dashboard design will follow a user-first flow rather than mirroring the vendor's layout. - Once the dashboard is refined to Dan and the team's satisfaction, Robert will present it to Penn Entertainment for real user feedback. == ACTION ITEMS == - Andrew to finalize the bottle audit addition to the daily morning email report before end of week. - Dan to further refine the bar manager dashboard UI and get Jennifer to review it from a bartender perspective this week. - Dan to produce a short explainer video for investor outreach. - Robert to locate and send Dan the AI spokesperson video files for potential use in the explainer video. - Dan to send the team updates on the video progress. - Robert and Andrew to share the investor opportunity with their own networks. == TRANSCRIPT == [Robert Conrad] me [Robert Conrad] what was [Robert Conrad] that [Robert Conrad] oh where'd my zoom go [Robert Conrad] there he is [AndrewYee] fix this up [Robert Conrad] there you go [Robert Conrad] all right [Robert Conrad] did you ever have a chance to look at that stuff they sent [AndrewYee] yeah [Robert Conrad] okay [Robert Conrad] i gave it a cursory because [Robert Conrad] what i saw it didn't look like jennifer looked at it yet or done their stuff but maybe she has since i looked at it [AndrewYee] the basic content looks pretty good [Robert Conrad] okay cool [Robert Conrad] all right [AndrewYee] and so i've got some that's updating the daily report [Robert Conrad] okay good [AndrewYee] i reviewed the first draft with them this morning [AndrewYee] he thinks that we'll have something we could start sending the flips by middle of the week [Robert Conrad] okay so you think it's good [AndrewYee] it needed some retooling and the look and feel isn't could be better but it's gonna we're going to add it to the bottom of the daily report and we're going to include a spreadsheet that they can print out [AndrewYee] so they can basically it's an inventory audit [Robert Conrad] yeah exactly [AndrewYee] so they'll be able to validate bottle counts [Robert Conrad] there you go okay cool [AndrewYee] if it yeah if it if it looks good and the guys that flips likes it we could probably go [AndrewYee] and offer it to david [Robert Conrad] exactly [AndrewYee] let him let him play with it and see how they like it [Robert Conrad] okay cool [AndrewYee] there he is [Dan Lawless] looks like we have about 40 note takers and two or three people on the call [AndrewYee] that's like the old joke in college one time a professor came to give a lecture and all the seats were just filled with laptops [Robert Conrad] yeah [AndrewYee] so the next day it was all laptops [Robert Conrad] remember that movie real genius back in the day [AndrewYee] yeah [Robert Conrad] you guys remember that movie if you watch in the scenes as they go to the classroom less and less people are in there and more and more tape recorders [Dan Lawless] it's wild [Dan Lawless] how are you guys doing how was your weekend [Robert Conrad] i went dirty [Robert Conrad] so there was this game back in the day called sea battle from intellivision when i was a little kid [Dan Lawless] yeah [Robert Conrad] and so i redesigned it using ai so i made my own version of it that's completely updated i've been playing that [Dan Lawless] amazing i was gonna i'm in the process of basically starting a little training course for people and i'm gonna i'm not gonna i'm not gonna charge a lot of money but i'm gonna basically bring some people in that i really want to show it [Dan Lawless] and i'm totally down for you to jump into that [Robert Conrad] here hold on i gotta share you guys real quick hold on [Robert Conrad] i'm gonna nerd out for a second hold on [Dan Lawless] yeah i want to see it because like what i encourage is everybody to everybody to play and prototype right now and then like because we can always figure out how to plug it in [Dan Lawless] oh man look at this [Robert Conrad] what you do is you get your starting area [Robert Conrad] and you send out your ships and you try to take over different things and you try to get to their island or their base and take over their base to win [Dan Lawless] what [Robert Conrad] so if you want to do a new map [Dan Lawless] and you're just doing this right in claudeai [Robert Conrad] yeah so i'm going to send out my aircraft carrier [Robert Conrad] right here [Robert Conrad] and then on your aircraft carrier you can send out different aircraft from it so if i want to send out a scout [Robert Conrad] i can send out my scout planes [Robert Conrad] and they fly off and scout the area to see if there's other ships [Robert Conrad] see if there's anything going on that they need to look at or you can send out your fighters if you see something that they can go and then you can send out your battleships and your different things but your troop transport is what takes over different islands [Robert Conrad] but yeah that's the nerdy stuff [AndrewYee] yeah i was playing with a trailer backing simulator [AndrewYee] i'm trying to i'm trying to teach some of my firemen how to back up a trailer [Robert Conrad] how do i stop sharing oh there you go [Dan Lawless] wow [Robert Conrad] but anyway so you can see the different shifts you can zoom into them so you can actually see the airplanes on the ship [Robert Conrad] but i got to get better models [Robert Conrad] but so the different islands and what you go and blah blah blah and here's all my different ships i can send them all out together and do stuff [Robert Conrad] or set them up to do send out a decoy one direction versus another [Dan Lawless] yeah [Robert Conrad] like i wonder why my scouts can see their stuff yet i'll send out a scout plane [Robert Conrad] out here and he's going to go scout this area [AndrewYee] have you seen the game modern naval warfare [Robert Conrad] yeah so basically you've got different so my scout just located part of their fleet [Dan Lawless] wow [Robert Conrad] and they shut down my scalp [Dan Lawless] wow [Robert Conrad] so anyway nerdy stuff but it but it's fun because it's you know it's a little simulation it's a little fun you know and then you can zoom in and have your guys battle it out and shoot things and what have you and you got submarines that sneak under the water [Robert Conrad] so [Dan Lawless] that's really really neat [Robert Conrad] yeah and that literally took about [Robert Conrad] an hour and a half maybe [Dan Lawless] right it's starting to get good [Robert Conrad] it was ridiculous but anyway so we looked at your stuff dan did you get the one that i sent you from [Robert Conrad] that i sent last thursday or friday [Dan Lawless] let me [Dan Lawless] i did get [Dan Lawless] i got quite [Dan Lawless] a i'm looking at [AndrewYee] yeah i saved some stuff today [Robert Conrad] because he said he put together something kind of a back office you know computer control [Dan Lawless] the mockup the client the client web portal [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] yeah i did see it looks good [Robert Conrad] okay so that's he just takes grafana basically [Robert Conrad] and slams it into a thing so he can just do that stuff but that's giving you kind of their idea [Robert Conrad] so you know somewhere between yours and theirs lies the really good idea so you know the pretty factor and all that we bump up [Robert Conrad] but the information like we said you know the positive spin on it [Robert Conrad] and then mike's big point of course is you know wherever you can show that you can improve margin that's where the win is [Dan Lawless] okay [Mike Pearl] yeah yeah the negative information you can just you just repackage it [Robert Conrad] exactly [Dan Lawless] all right [Mike Pearl] right opportunities for margin improvement [Robert Conrad] yep [Dan Lawless] yeah [Mike Pearl] that's the same way saying you suck here's what you need to fix [Mike Pearl] all right i mean but it it doesn't [Mike Pearl] it just shows people how they can you know toot their own horn you know more profoundly [Mike Pearl] right [Robert Conrad] exactly [Dan Lawless] and they can [Dan Lawless] all right and i and i see your reports that you sent by send through as well so this is like data reports that they're producing for you on the back end [Robert Conrad] yep [Dan Lawless] okay [Dan Lawless] okay i took i took most of it i actually didn't take these reports and i'm realizing i took all the other data in i'm just making sure that [Dan Lawless] what i wanted to ask you guys was i saw this platform are you looking to have i mean it looks pretty much like exactly what we developed are you looking to have them develop it [Dan Lawless] okay [Robert Conrad] they just did this on their own because they caught wind that we were looking and somebody else was doing it for us so they get very territorial [Dan Lawless] yeah [Dan Lawless] it's it's not it's fairly well done i mean like why wouldn't they do it this good to begin with [Robert Conrad] exactly [AndrewYee] he did some encouragement [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] right right like obviously they saw what we did and pretty much mirrored i mean like it's all good [Dan Lawless] i'm down with whatever direction you guys want to go in obviously they i i like what they've done i mean is this and from what you guys see from what they're giving is this how you would like the [Dan Lawless] the bar manager view to look [Robert Conrad] yep [AndrewYee] it needs to be tuned a little more for the user perspective so that's something we're working on [Dan Lawless] so there's definitely [AndrewYee] that's why i think yours is closer [Robert Conrad] same here [Dan Lawless] yeah [AndrewYee] yeah [Dan Lawless] and and andrew did you see also that like very specifically has different users for different cases where like there's a bar manager there's a you know somebody that's going to be actually doing something there's an owner so like even that refines the admin dashboard that you end up seeing [AndrewYee] because we have that in the app there's different user permission levels [AndrewYee] we haven't really exploited it that much but there's a there's an owner manager and an employee [Dan Lawless] yeah [AndrewYee] in reality at any given small venue you get maybe two managers looking at it [AndrewYee] i think at penn entertainment there is an option for their corporate guys in a c-suite to look at it [AndrewYee] but we don't know if they actually are doing that yet [Dan Lawless] got it [Robert Conrad] and dan i think the biggest thing with this is right now the app is the sizzle of the stake people see it like whoa that's cool [Robert Conrad] but functionality have it on their computer or something larger on an app or an ipad or whatever that they can get real information that way is a lot better [Dan Lawless] yep makes sense [AndrewYee] spreadsheets are wonderful for these people [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] makes sense [Dan Lawless] okay so i'll use this as reference i was making another spin it's still actually in process so i don't have an updated for you with this but this [Dan Lawless] is decent is this what you guys would like to so obviously they put this together are you wanting to kind of follow their layout and their flow or [Dan Lawless] like [Robert Conrad] no no no [Robert Conrad] so i think we go american flow not indian flow [Robert Conrad] and the flow they're using is basically what the app is to tell you the truth [Dan Lawless] okay [Robert Conrad] it's a blown up version of the app when you say that andrew [AndrewYee] yeah that's why we were trying like you know for those description documents and stuff [AndrewYee] we were trying to make it from the standpoint of if i'm a borrower what is it i need to see [Dan Lawless] yeah exactly [AndrewYee] what do i need to see urgently [AndrewYee] and what it's like if i get around to it [Robert Conrad] yeah and then as soon as you get something you're happy with look feel function [Robert Conrad] let me know and i'll take it out to pen and show it off to them [Dan Lawless] yeah amazing [Robert Conrad] and get their feedback for them you instead of our feedback let's get a real user [Dan Lawless] yeah [Robert Conrad] and so [Dan Lawless] and then i've been i've been also putting together a [Dan Lawless] so you know i've reached out to a few investors and just been struggling with this [Dan Lawless] and just i'm starting to put together a whole due diligence for us to basically just go a little deeper in like what we can prepare or what we could refine [Dan Lawless] so that way we're a little bit tighter and i have [Dan Lawless] i've been doing another like kind of deeper due diligence on a real estate project i'm going to use kind of the same process that i went through with those guys because like i'm getting an investor hooked in and it's working pretty well [Dan Lawless] so i want to go through a little bit more of a refined process with you guys which is just like making sure we have everything buttoned up i'm going to do a more refined one sheeter that basically goes through and you know sorts out where everything is [Dan Lawless] to just make it easier for investors because i'm not sure what's why i'm not getting super why i'm not getting a ton of kind of responses with with the project [Dan Lawless] just fill you [Robert Conrad] okay yeah whenever we can do to make it flow fast whatever [Dan Lawless] yeah [Robert Conrad] because that'd be helpful [Robert Conrad] and then [Dan Lawless] but i feel like this app is a good step in the right direction i think that you know like this is and i think what this is kind of sparking with me is like can we put together a demo video or demo promo something that we could you know include with this as well that could be a little bit more appealing and engaging [Robert Conrad] okay cool all right and then i'm trying to think there's like i said the main thing is we got to get the money in as i always say [Robert Conrad] the other thing is once you get that done let me know if you need something from us [Robert Conrad] to help with the investor pitch let me know we'll get that to you [Robert Conrad] and then andrew [Robert Conrad] i don't know if you saw this i sent it to mike lisa [Robert Conrad] got a promotion over at capital [AndrewYee] man that's amazing i thought she was gonna get fired after the shenanigans from before [Robert Conrad] anyway so dan that was a group we dealt with before you that was complete [Robert Conrad] and utter chaos they were [Robert Conrad] as mike put it he was amazed that she has a job but yeah it was funny [Mike Pearl] amazing yes [Mike Pearl] dan you say amazing a lot this truly was amazing [Robert Conrad] it was brutal [Robert Conrad] but yeah let us know like i said andrew hit on a good point we're getting towards holiday season it starts becoming more and more difficult to raise capital but we've got to get some done [Robert Conrad] asap because there's so many things we've got to do [Dan Lawless] well i would encourage [Robert Conrad] and andrew and i painted that of our pocket up to these points got to end [Dan Lawless] yeah and i would encourage you guys also to share it with your networks [Dan Lawless] obviously [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] i'm not sure if you guys are having any luck chatting with your network but i mean we can explore that also [Dan Lawless] just throwing out there [Mike Pearl] we sort of glossed over this i think it's actually an excellent idea it was a video demo [Mike Pearl] that dan recommended [Robert Conrad] exactly [AndrewYee] like a commercial [Mike Pearl] yes [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] just something you can send to somebody that's [Dan Lawless] like [Mike Pearl] anything that says exactly how it works especially if we've got a dashboard and you can [Mike Pearl] show the action [Dan Lawless] yeah [Mike Pearl] and then the dash what shows up on the dashboard is very hard to explain to somebody without like visual aids [Mike Pearl] right [Dan Lawless] let me try to create a video i would agree with you i've had a little bit easy time well no it's tricky to get the point across and i think if you have a 30 second video it's just like okay well pouring it in you see the app going up and then you see you're able to [Dan Lawless] track your liquor from your bar [Robert Conrad] yeah here hold on let me see if i can find what we did hold on [AndrewYee] we had some little 510 second teasers [Robert Conrad] yeah hold on i'm trying to find them [Mike Pearl] i think it needs to be like youtube video-ish [Mike Pearl] right [Robert Conrad] okay hold on [Robert Conrad] share screen again hold on [Robert Conrad] where is that share screen share screen [Mike Pearl] it needs to be like not like some fucking cartoon or something you know what i mean [Mike Pearl] somebody's doing it [Robert Conrad] try to remember which one's which let's see if this is it [AndrewYee] what about the ones on linkedin with the ai bartender [AndrewYee] rob [Robert Conrad] oh that's adding the bottle [Robert Conrad] the sound's terrible on this but we can do something like that pretty easy hold on [Robert Conrad] trying to remember which is which [Robert Conrad] so we can film something like that real quick for you dan if that helps you [Mike Pearl] i was thinking hang on let me [Mike Pearl] if we're gonna do it like can we go to the racetrack and just do it [Mike Pearl] like [Mike Pearl] in [Robert Conrad] yeah the the yes [Robert Conrad] the problem is [Robert Conrad] the [Robert Conrad] problem is [Robert Conrad] where would it look best to do it [Dan Lawless] for me this is like [Robert Conrad] and then also we have to do it before people get in there [Dan Lawless] i feel like this is an explainer video like i could probably just produce the whole thing [Robert Conrad] okay [Robert Conrad] yeah you got it [Dan Lawless] yeah explainer video basically like here's the app here's what liquor looks like while it's on a mat and almost develop like [Dan Lawless] a little bit of a reel [Dan Lawless] sir [Robert Conrad] and if you want i can shoot something real quick with amy because she's used to doing it it doesn't mean use it [AndrewYee] yeah we got these [Robert Conrad] it doesn't mean use it it just means we can easily do it [Dan Lawless] absolutely like [Dan Lawless] i would say that if you think it would help with explaining the narrative i would be all for it [Robert Conrad] so that's the lady i made [AndrewYee] ai [Robert Conrad] why is she not running [AndrewYee] paused it [Robert Conrad] so dan go to my linkedin [Robert Conrad] here here okay stop sharing [Robert Conrad] go to my linkedin bring up my linkedin page [Robert Conrad] under [Robert Conrad] activity or post whatever it is you can go over and you can see the ones we made with the ai lady [Dan Lawless] okay [AndrewYee] i'll pop the next one up [Robert Conrad] if you want to share your if you want to share your screen dan do that [Dan Lawless] my computer is going so slow so i'm in the process of bringing it up [Dan Lawless] there we go i'm getting there [Dan Lawless] and what are you guys using to create this [Robert Conrad] was vo [Dan Lawless] what is it [Dan Lawless] gotcha [Robert Conrad] yeah [Robert Conrad] and so yeah you're just stuttering real bad andrew [AndrewYee] and i think that must just be the zoom link [Dan Lawless] yeah it's probably over zoom [Dan Lawless] it doesn't it doesn't stream video well [Robert Conrad] yeah [Robert Conrad] so you can you can take a look at those and see if there's one you want to use for that because they're i'm pretty sure there's one where i have her showing how you use it [Robert Conrad] let me see [AndrewYee] let me [AndrewYee] this one she actually looked frustrated this was actually good [AndrewYee] see if i can get this to pop up on my screen here [Robert Conrad] the one with the guy [AndrewYee] no the one there in the back stock room [Robert Conrad] oh back stock [Robert Conrad] you have but dan take a look at him you can figure out if you want to piece anything together or use any of it or we can do something else [Dan Lawless] yeah i wanted to see like because i feel like a video i need something that i can just send to people where it's like interested [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] like just a quick this is what the concept is [Dan Lawless] like [Dan Lawless] simple basic doesn't have to be over the top like just an explainer that gets the pitch out in 30 seconds [Robert Conrad] so we didn't get anything forward with that last group [Robert Conrad] yes [Dan Lawless] i haven't gotten them to say no but it's like i push them and i push them and i'm like guys like are you gonna and they're like still looking at it still reviewing it like we're definitely like and i get all positive energy from back from these people so it's like [Dan Lawless] i'm as [Robert Conrad] yeah [Dan Lawless] you know and i know that they can take some time to just like you know do their shit but like i know when they're interested also they take action so like what is going on [Robert Conrad] exactly [Dan Lawless] is is what i'm trying to figure out so that's really like [Dan Lawless] for me i'm trying to be proactive what can i do to make it so it's more appealing rather than like [Dan Lawless] trying to question their their process how do i make something that is like a shinier object that catches their attention [Robert Conrad] okay i got it [Robert Conrad] okay cool [Dan Lawless] so [Robert Conrad] cool cool are you still in the states have you headed down yet [Dan Lawless] now i actually ended up staying in austin i didn't actually go down [Dan Lawless] so i've just been focused in hustling [Mike Pearl] acl while you're there [Dan Lawless] aco [Mike Pearl] yeah [Dan Lawless] austin [Mike Pearl] city limits it's like a huge concert you couldn't miss it [Dan Lawless] i'm probably will go but i have i have not planned to go [Mike Pearl] yeah it's like a big deal there [Dan Lawless] amazing [Robert Conrad] yeah [Mike Pearl] it's like a festival [Mike Pearl] or something [Dan Lawless] got it [Mike Pearl] yeah [Dan Lawless] is happening right now there was one there's one that's going on like right now is that what you're talking about [Mike Pearl] yeah [Dan Lawless] yeah [AndrewYee] like every week [Mike Pearl] yeah [Dan Lawless] yeah [Dan Lawless] exactly i feel like something is going on here every week [Robert Conrad] well it's funny i always get the feeling that mike loves concerts because the few times i go to a concert i see [Robert Conrad] mike [Mike Pearl] let's i only get there's only a handful of concerts i'll go to [Dan Lawless] i was gonna [Mike Pearl] like i wouldn't go i wouldn't go to i wouldn't go to acl [Dan Lawless] like mike what is mike what are the concerts you go to [Mike Pearl] what's that [Dan Lawless] what are the concerts you go to [Mike Pearl] well i mean it's very specific it would be eric church [Dan Lawless] okay [Mike Pearl] kenny tesney [Mike Pearl] daughtry [Mike Pearl] goo goo dolls [Dan Lawless] you have yourself [Mike Pearl] def lepper def leppard [Mike Pearl] yeah that i'll go see journey there's very specific i'll go see morgan wallen [Robert Conrad] kid [Robert Conrad] rock [Mike Pearl] kid rock for sure [Dan Lawless] yeah [Mike Pearl] but it's like the hand that's like the handful i go to and i and i go to them numerous times in different cities [Mike Pearl] but i'm not going to like any of the [Mike Pearl] like new people i don't do that [Robert Conrad] he does he does really like the boy band so when they show up he'll go to the boy bands [Dan Lawless] that makes sense [Mike Pearl] but yeah that that's the way yeah they've been dragged they have this other thing this other [Mike Pearl] annual it's called tech two step in in georgetown just north of austin [Mike Pearl] i think it's north [Dan Lawless] okay yeah i've been to georgetown [Mike Pearl] and it take you know it super expensive and i've been like every year and every year it's freaking rains [Mike Pearl] i don't [Mike Pearl] i told them i'm not going anymore like my family i'm not going y'all can go since you love it so much but i don't want to go [Mike Pearl] because it's like a bunch of [Mike Pearl] you know [Mike Pearl] people i wouldn't normally go see [Mike Pearl] right well this year this year they had brooks and dunn i would definitely go see them [Mike Pearl] but they got rained out [Mike Pearl] so not helpful [Dan Lawless] no no [Dan Lawless] but [Mike Pearl] yeah the headliners this year were brooks and dunn and goo dolls and it got rained out i was like you gotta be kidding me [Mike Pearl] so [Dan Lawless] rather it didn't like them [Mike Pearl] now but sometimes i mean i went one year and they had t-pain [Mike Pearl] which i thoroughly expected to hate [Mike Pearl] and it was the opposite guy was excellent [Mike Pearl] i didn't know he could like actually sing [Robert Conrad] oh that's funny [Mike Pearl] it well well then somebody told me he won the masked singer that contest [Robert Conrad] oh really [Mike Pearl] yeah i didn't know that [Mike Pearl] but i was stunned that he got up i thought it was all just like electronic so you got the duke and like really sing like really sing [Dan Lawless] wow [Mike Pearl] so he was kind of funny so yeah i mean it's it's hit or miss but i don't [Mike Pearl] i don't i don't [Mike Pearl] i'm not a big and it has to be the right venue that's the other thing i won't go to stadium concerts [Mike Pearl] like chesney or like eric church and like somewhere like gillette stadium you know with the patriots play out i have no interest in going to that anything with the rose bowl no way not doing any of that [Dan Lawless] yeah [Dan Lawless] yeah yeah yeah that makes total sense [Mike Pearl] it's not it's not i don't like it [Mike Pearl] the venue sucks [Robert Conrad] well the sound sucks [Mike Pearl] sounds so [AndrewYee] yeah it's like the rodeo it gets season tickets but yeah sound sucks [Robert Conrad] sounds terrible [Mike Pearl] that that's a video i won't go see anyone at the rodeo i don't care who it is because it's so terrible [Robert Conrad] yeah [AndrewYee] you have a member of the show so i'm sort of obligated to go [Mike Pearl] yeah [Mike Pearl] and then they the stage set i mean it's just horrible that thing that's that may be the worst setup i've ever seen [AndrewYee] see we go for the rodeo part sometimes we'll leave when the music starts [Mike Pearl] yeah [Robert Conrad] you'd be amazed at how much time and effort they put into trying to get that sound correct though mike we got a tour of it last year [Mike Pearl] yeah [Robert Conrad] the sound director it took us through all their stuff [Robert Conrad] and i wanted to say it's amazing how much money you've spent to have something sound so bad [Mike Pearl] sounds terrible [Robert Conrad] but i was being nice i didn't say that [Mike Pearl] yeah [AndrewYee] the building's not made for sound [Robert Conrad] mel [Mike Pearl] no no and then and the whole rotating stage thing is just it's just a just a bad deal [AndrewYee] it was okay to look out on fire two seasons ago [Mike Pearl] i didn't know it did that [Robert Conrad] issa [AndrewYee] yeah when journey was on the big slip rings that supplied the power to the amplifiers one of them shorted out caught on fire [Robert Conrad] nice [Mike Pearl] sucks [Mike Pearl] but yeah that's that's the worst venue i've ever been to [Robert Conrad] that's funny [AndrewYee] great for watching guys get stopped by bulls though [Mike Pearl] yeah you know one of the best venues is the damn cynthia mitchell woods pavilion in the woodlands [Mike Pearl] that is excellent [Robert Conrad] yeah they do a good job there the problem is i'm at the very back and mike's at the very front so you know i don't run in his group [Mike Pearl] well if you're gonna go go so we sit in the pit [Mike Pearl] but that's a good one but i like i like like basketball arenas are excellent [Mike Pearl] right [Robert Conrad] oh that's interesting [Mike Pearl] delta airlines center toyota center those are way better than [Mike Pearl] you know this bigger venues [Robert Conrad] that's cool [Dan Lawless] right [Robert Conrad] cool [Robert Conrad] all right and then dan did jennifer look at it and give her her piece to you yet [Dan Lawless] for what sorry [Robert Conrad] on the on the back end [Robert Conrad] whatever we want to call that thing that we're designing [Robert Conrad] did she take a look and give the female perspective yet [Dan Lawless] no not yet i will get her to jump in it i wanted to get it a little bit more refined because i want her to go in as like a bartender [Robert Conrad] okay [Dan Lawless] right [Dan Lawless] like go into this as a bartender and i think that that pass that you sent me is kind of like really what i needed and i'm going to strip it back a little bit and then i'm going to [Dan Lawless] just modify a few things to be way more like picking click [Dan Lawless] less lists and all those things [Dan Lawless] like how can we make all that information kind of condense and not be seen where it's just what you need is being seen so i'm just [Dan Lawless] and that was a little bit of what i've been doing the last week on it was trying to think creatively and just ways in which we could make the interface like less here's all your information more here is how you can take action on your data [Robert Conrad] okay cool [Robert Conrad] and if i find i'll look for where i put those video files for the lady [Robert Conrad] if i find them i'll send them over to you [Dan Lawless] sounds good [Dan Lawless] amazing [AndrewYee] yeah some of the feedback we've been getting from some of our users they want to be able to use the app to do basically just bottle audits [AndrewYee] and they come in and say hey i'm going to audit the west bar and i'm just going to check how many bottles of t does [AndrewYee] this is basically like an annual audit kind of thing [Dan Lawless] so i just want to let so they just want like an inventory management system [AndrewYee] yeah so that's one of the things that we're trying to add to the morning email [AndrewYee] is by location [AndrewYee] okay how many bottles of tito's you have on the east bar you know how many bottles of smirnoff do you have on the west bar so they can go and do the count [AndrewYee] that's really what they've been asking for it's in the mobile app [AndrewYee] you got to dig around and find it [AndrewYee] whereas you know if we basically include a list of here's each of your different workstations and here's how many bottles of everything you got [AndrewYee] should be down there [AndrewYee] so that's what they've been asked that's the most recent thing they asked for [AndrewYee] so we've been trying to work on [AndrewYee] a simplified list of what's where and how many [AndrewYee] and we're probably include that in the morning email to them [AndrewYee] and see how they like it we should that thing should be rolling out before the end of the week [Robert Conrad] place the bottom of the mat the light [Dan Lawless] okay cool [Robert Conrad] turn [AndrewYee] we're almost there [Robert Conrad] s green the bottle inventory is [Dan Lawless] yeah good [Dan Lawless] i will continue to refine on my side and then let and then i'm gonna i'll take all in all of the feedback i'll get jennifer to jump in this week as well and see how she likes it [Dan Lawless] and then i'll send you some updates on the video [AndrewYee] cool [Robert Conrad] okay cool [Robert Conrad] all right [Mike Pearl] and i'll be i'll be out for a week starting tomorrow [Dan Lawless] sounds good [Robert Conrad] dan i just sent you a video take a look at it while i got you on the phone real quick see if that helps you at all [Dan Lawless] you sent it [Dan Lawless] here [Robert Conrad] where are you going mike can you play fun [Mike Pearl] yeah i'm going gator hunting [AndrewYee] oh boy [Robert Conrad] oh is it gator season again [Mike Pearl] yeah [Robert Conrad] nice [Robert Conrad] hey are you ever going to give me a high that can make boots out of [Mike Pearl] what's that [Robert Conrad] are you ever going to get me a hide that i can make some boots out of [Mike Pearl] i haven't i have a couple highs but i don't [Mike Pearl] i don't have any hides you need for boots it's very confusing [Robert Conrad] really [Mike Pearl] yeah [AndrewYee] more than one [Mike Pearl] oh for sure i think so [Robert Conrad] what [Mike Pearl] because [Mike Pearl] well have you ever seen an alligator hide [Mike Pearl] you don't use the whole hide for the boot [Mike Pearl] you only use like certain parts of it like the arms and the belly or something [Robert Conrad] i didn't know that's a waste [AndrewYee] wow [Mike Pearl] yeah i didn't i didn't either until i turned up at republic boot company going i want some boots and they're like do you have more height i'm like it's a whole it's a 12 foot gator hide [Mike Pearl] yeah [Mike Pearl] yeah we see that that's good we need another one i'm like what [Robert Conrad] that's funny [Dan Lawless] it's a gator per boot [Mike Pearl] yeah i don't really have those laying around [Mike Pearl] now it's more than a gator per boot [AndrewYee] wow [Dan Lawless] that's insanity [Robert Conrad] that's crazy [Robert Conrad] because so republicans who did my boots mike and i got the cayman which is a little gator [Robert Conrad] but i didn't know how many hides they had to use for it they didn't tell me [Mike Pearl] yeah and they're [Mike Pearl] they're expensive [Mike Pearl] i mean [Mike Pearl] like sticker shock expensive [Robert Conrad] yeah [Mike Pearl] like i want to say [Robert Conrad] if you have boots made they're like three to five grand [Mike Pearl] yeah they're cheaper if you bring your own hide but there's still a couple thousand dollars with your own hide [Robert Conrad] yeah which is crazy well and then it also takes them nine months [Mike Pearl] yeah [Dan Lawless] months [Mike Pearl] but they charge what they could they can be they're the best is for like the best in texas is what i understand republic boot company here and i guess it's in the heights or somewhere down there [Robert Conrad] have you ever been down there [Mike Pearl] yeah [Robert Conrad] yeah it's nice like i said i really like the boots i got from them [Mike Pearl] yeah [Mike Pearl] i hope so [Robert Conrad] well and it's funny whenever you wear them people are like nice boots i'm like how the hell do you even know [Robert Conrad] like what the hell [Mike Pearl] that's right yeah [Mike Pearl] but yeah no they're like yeah it's not you don't there's only certain parts of the hide they use i didn't know that [Robert Conrad] i had no clue good lord [Mike Pearl] but but when they pointed it out i okay yeah i get it yeah [Robert Conrad] damn i did not know that [Mike Pearl] so so i [Mike Pearl] said [Robert Conrad] so dan you're getting the whole texas introduction here about boots and how ridiculously expensive they are [Dan Lawless] it's great [Robert Conrad] yep [Mike Pearl] well and and so the the solution my daughter came up you know these birkin bags or whatever [AndrewYee] ridiculous [Mike Pearl] right like an alex an alligator one you never say charged to make that with you giving them the hide [Robert Conrad] hold on [Mike Pearl] 7500 [Robert Conrad] yeah because okay if it's a true hermes birkin [Mike Pearl] i think 100 grand [Robert Conrad] the silver gator or sorry silver crocodile they sell that for over 100 grand [Mike Pearl] yeah it's like a hundred thousand dollars yeah [Robert Conrad] yeah it's insane [Mike Pearl] yeah i mean you just have money to burn if that's what you're doing [Mike Pearl] but yeah yeah they want a 7500 and i was like i'm not fucking paying for that that's so stupid [Mike Pearl] that you in your pocket [AndrewYee] my boots get worked i don't buy the expensive ones [Robert Conrad] yeah [Mike Pearl] right yeah [Robert Conrad] no the minor for show not for some [AndrewYee] i'm standing in lampshit in some of the boots i have [AndrewYee] so [Mike Pearl] yeah like red wings or something [AndrewYee] no [AndrewYee] i've got a couple of the cases i got a cheap one and an expensive one [AndrewYee] spensive one is when i got to go and be nice at some fundraiser [Mike Pearl] and the other ones are like are they [AndrewYee] and then the cheap ones are the ones that go stand in the lampshit [Mike Pearl] like ropers like lucasie ropers [AndrewYee] yeah [Mike Pearl] yeah [Robert Conrad] man lucases don't fit my feet [AndrewYee] they do if you buy the ones that are made in san antonio the ones that the mass produced ones are made in mexico [Robert Conrad] yep [AndrewYee] the ones in san antonio they'll come in wider widths and they fit better [Robert Conrad] got it [AndrewYee] also costs about twice as much [Robert Conrad] got it okay [Robert Conrad] all right dan i think you got did you get what i just sent you i just want to make sure while you're on the phone [Dan Lawless] let me where did you send it [Robert Conrad] i emailed it to the dam [Dan Lawless] okay i'm just making sure [Dan Lawless] yep i'm seeing the gator boots [Dan Lawless] i'm joking [Dan Lawless] guys [Mike Pearl] nana [Robert Conrad] no no i'm just making sure you got it in a place so you can see thank you [Dan Lawless] great we'll chat soon see you guys [Robert Conrad] that was good [AndrewYee] all right [Dan Lawless] bye now [Robert Conrad] bye-bye
