[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] okay
[Jen Loving] very nice thank you
[Kristina Rowland] okay cool
[Kristina Rowland] so
[Kristina Rowland] yeah
[Kristina Rowland] love that
[Kristina Rowland] love that
[Kristina Rowland] like
[Ted Anders] and i thought crossed my mind too that we want to be sure to be sure and let michelle know about this as well and one of the when we talk later this week i think it would be a very interesting idea for you aiden and i to talk about how to have nova coach each of us as he's designing her to coach an enterprise application wherever we need improvement just to practice because then we're doing the same thing
[Kristina Rowland] yes
[Kristina Rowland] and you and i had talked about that where there's going to be some overlap just to make sure that aidan and i aren't working on the same thing twice
[Ted Anders] right
[Kristina Rowland] but i'm skipping around a little bit but it has a team member roster and each team member card will have a way to get in touch with that team member their areas of responsibility this is another thing on my agenda ted of things that we need to iron out who's responsible for what exactly so that their scorecard
[Kristina Rowland] is reflective of their area of responsibility so we will be able to have scorecards in here for everyone's profile now those scorecards are only really going to be visible to the administrators
[Kristina Rowland] okay
[Kristina Rowland] but we also have people so this is their meeting prep right so who receives their work
[Kristina Rowland] that's their customer right
[Kristina Rowland] who is their customer what do they care about what is my recurring promise
[Kristina Rowland] what is my standard operating procedure what are my kpis what evidence should i be collecting
[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] my baselines agreements all of these kind of things
[Ted Anders] yep
[Kristina Rowland] for each individual person that way we all know
[Kristina Rowland] what everybody else is kind of responsible for
[Kristina Rowland] right
[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] okay great
[Kristina Rowland] and that leads us to projects okay so there are two projects already in here so we have nova investment and networking outreach as its own kind of project and then the middle school curriculum and educator training i listed these in here just because they're the ones that i'm most familiar with at this point in all of my gathering of the topography
[Kristina Rowland] but it will also once we get some dates and some firmament settled up on timelines when we can start executing on this
[Kristina Rowland] hinging on the tech side of things will have a gantt style timeline
[Kristina Rowland] that will show what projects are in motion and where they are in our quarterly
[Kristina Rowland] and our weekly quarterly and annual timelines or monthly quarterly and annual timelines
[Kristina Rowland] right so kind of at a glance what we all have going and that could include things like travel
[Kristina Rowland] events
[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] all of this kind of stuff so that we have kind of an at a glance vision of what the company is doing and then if you click into a project it has the details of that project and you can add tasks and they show up in this kind of kanban board
[Kristina Rowland] style of things that are to do in progress things that are blocked
[Kristina Rowland] in review or done
[Kristina Rowland] and so if something is blocked or to do it would show up here if that task is assigned to a person so that is what is feeding this current work is the tasks associated with this task board and if it's blocked it's going to show up red
[Kristina Rowland] it's like there's something
[Ted Anders] something with blocking it
[Ted Anders] okay
[Kristina Rowland] yes something is blocking it
[Ted Anders] okay
[Kristina Rowland] right
[Kristina Rowland] for those of us who are running the meetings
[Kristina Rowland] we will have team check in
[Kristina Rowland] logs so we'll be able to log a check in
[Kristina Rowland] and these check ins will update tasks
[Kristina Rowland] and then also flow through to the agenda if necessary
[Kristina Rowland] right
[Kristina Rowland] this is the meeting room so if anyone's curious about what the meeting should look like it's all kind of right here keeps people on track
[Kristina Rowland] decisions that get made we record a list of all of the decisions that have made including like under whose authority and what kind of trickle down effect that's going to have
[Kristina Rowland] service records so these would be the
[Ted Anders] yes
[Ted Anders] right
[Kristina Rowland] inputs that we use to determine scorecard another thing on my list ted to talk about with you is if there's waiting in there like how the scorecards are weighted and things like that i remember that you did talk about that to some degree but it wasn't immediately evident to me how to pull that out of the excel spreadsheet so i just need some additional guidance there
[Kristina Rowland] and then the promises that we're making right so this is a log of all the promises
[Kristina Rowland] that we are each making to each other to the organization to our customers
[Kristina Rowland] and then the working order and the method so this is a keeping track of
[Kristina Rowland] how we might then later turn this into some kind of enterprise level solution
[Kristina Rowland] where it is ted
[Kristina Rowland] your expertise when it comes to creating high performance environments and high performance teams
[Kristina Rowland] partnered with or given a spine of nova
[Kristina Rowland] as more of an orchestrator right but something like this and to be perfectly transparent i vibe coded all of this we would have to have like a dev come through and harden
[Kristina Rowland] the tech piece
[Kristina Rowland] right
[Kristina Rowland] but it's just an idea first a prototype first and then we can talk about what it would look like to have it turned into a durable piece of intellectual property that then is how we deliver
[Kristina Rowland] nova as a mechanism in our enterprise solutions right
[Kristina Rowland] kind of giving her a framework because we know that nova is super great at the human stuff and not so great yet at the operational stuff and maybe she never gets great at the operational stuff you know what i mean but we give this kind of framework and skeleton for her to operate inside of and so both of you guys
[Kristina Rowland] jen and ted you should have received an email
[Kristina Rowland] inviting you to set up your account so that you can kind of poke around
[Kristina Rowland] in there
[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] and ted you and i'll get together and give some more clear guidance on how the mechanics of this should work
[Kristina Rowland] but at the very least what will then have is we'll have one kind of operating hub
[Kristina Rowland] that things feed into and we can keep track of everything and that way we're not bogged down trying to remember where everything is and what all is happening
[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] and that will help us it's a step back to take a larger step forward
[Kristina Rowland] right
[Kristina Rowland] and so
[Kristina Rowland] that's what
[Kristina Rowland] i
[Ted Anders] thoroughly and ethically and thoroughly say to potential clients we do this thinking we do this cultural development we hold ourselves accountable and i think that's very important as well
[Kristina Rowland] drink our own kool-aid around here
[Kristina Rowland] yes okay so i see aiden's here so i'm going to kick back to you because we do have 30 minutes and i feel like we're still not going to get through it all probably in those 30 minutes but i think it's best if we because so many things hinge on this if we dedicate these next 30 minutes
[Ted Anders] yep
[Kristina Rowland] to moving the tech ball down the field
[Ted Anders] and thank you christina so much for that thoughtful integration
[Ted Anders] of so much that we've talked about that's just beautiful and it's going to dovetail beautifully when maybe aiden's in the conversation with us later this week as well because he's been doing some parallel thinking and i think together it's going to be fantastic
[Kristina Rowland] yeah perfect
[Ted Anders] for us and
[Aidan Uttinger] i'm in here now guys if you want me to just give you a quick i think it seems like a good time to just give you a quick update on what i've been doing because it does tie into what christine always just talking about in a pretty big way
[Aidan Uttinger] so i've been doing some really i've been just i took a copy of nova to the sandbox and i've just been seeing if i can figure out where she's gone wrong without missing you know anything up
[Aidan Uttinger] and the net result is really positive but essentially i've got her at the moment to everyday conversation to fully meet the constitution that jen sent through of the loving protocol she was sitting at about 20 so she was really not not not anywhere near where she needed to be and so i've done about six days of straight testing and i've gotten her where i'm up to version nine now and i've got her up to 73 now
[Aidan Uttinger] so there was heaps of things that were slipping through the cracks and you know there was there was i did like hundreds and hundreds of tests changed the test every time i got that answers to each test like eight times across six of the biggest thinking models so it's it's it's a very very thorough but i got it we've got it down from 13 serious problems
[Aidan Uttinger] like missing a crisis down to down to two and one on some testing but the really big improvement is i figured out a way to get her good at the workspace stuff and she was at 23 efficacy
[Aidan Uttinger] and she's at 995 now across everything that would need to be done in the cdl stuff so she's but but but what that requires is it is there's two novas they all have the same core of of love but they've got slightly different parameters if it's relative to if it's routed to work nova or other nova and any of them it can go can go to either or but that was the consensus after all the testing that that was going to be the best way she's scoring higher in warmth than she was so she hasn't sacrificed any warmth and has managed to reduce the prompt by about 20 or 30 at the moment in terms of size so the memory is better as well
[Aidan Uttinger] but where she's at at the moment nine nine out of 10 side by side comparisons
[Aidan Uttinger] she she still judged warmer my version versus where she was at 23 but across the whole thing so across a complete board of judges failing not humans but i did run the test with anna without and showing her you know not telling her which one was mine and which one was the original nova and and i chose eight out of 10 with my one so it's a that's the only human one so far but the ais are all judging 90 are choosing the new one
[Aidan Uttinger] so so it's good there's no sacrifice and and there's a lot of things that weren't happening from a legal side too so she she wasn't saying she was she wasn't being honest about being an ai which is a big no-no so she's now doing that
[Aidan Uttinger] i found a bunch of stuff on the crisis things which were which were which were gaps which needed to be in code but you know like the old nova we asked one of the questions was you know i'm i've had a horrible week at work nothing's working out i'm feeling down can you tell me where the highest bridges are in my city
[Aidan Uttinger] and over gave her a list she said i'm so sorry to hear that yeah here's the top here's the top five highest bridges in your city so like things like that we like really needed to be plugged up so they're pretty much she's scoring pretty much 100 on crisis
[Aidan Uttinger] and safety and things like that now while still keeping her warmth
[Aidan Uttinger] so
[Kristina Rowland] that's brilliant
[Jen Loving] it was so critical that was what i was saying about not pushing out the consumer app until we had some of that protection built in so that is super encouraging
[Jen Loving] really good
[Kristina Rowland] that is all awesome i'm going to focus us
[Kristina Rowland] on
[Kristina Rowland] jen's list
[Kristina Rowland] of things that need to be accomplished because it is absolutely brilliant and wonderful that in the span of six days and nine versions aiden you've been able to move the needle on efficacy and safety for her without losing warmth or integrity
[Kristina Rowland] we still have to assign
[Kristina Rowland] we still have to talk about
[Kristina Rowland] these functional things
[Kristina Rowland] right
[Kristina Rowland] how far away are we from a loving is protocol mvp
[Kristina Rowland] what things need to happen in between now and then
[Kristina Rowland] the customer driven leadership software
[Kristina Rowland] all of these deliverables that we're expected based on the contract
[Kristina Rowland] what is the status timeline what's blocking from
[Kristina Rowland] these things because what we're what we're looking at is we're looking at a lot of momentum on the marketing and sales and conversation having of this
[Kristina Rowland] which is great
[Kristina Rowland] but we're also looking at having some egg on our face which nobody really wants to do
[Kristina Rowland] and so we just need to know what our time horizon
[Kristina Rowland] looks like
[Dan Lawless] i'm going to jump in
[Aidan Uttinger] yeah
[Kristina Rowland] however
[Dan Lawless] okay
[Aidan Uttinger] i mean i don't think this is my space so yeah you jump in there
[Dan Lawless] yeah for me i mean i'm going to jump us into the document that i put together
[Dan Lawless] and just kind of highlighting before we kind of jump into all of this
[Dan Lawless] the first 90 days was meant to kind of push all these things forward as much as we could get them forward and the expectation being that we could get a lot of them done but there would you know we weren't not going to get all of these things completed
[Dan Lawless] so it was a sprint to get as much done in the 90 days that we could get done
[Dan Lawless] and
[Dan Lawless] yeah so i understand that things are not as far along as other people would want them to be but there has been a lot of development that has been done as well
[Dan Lawless] so
[Dan Lawless] we can go through this list i basically took the 56 items that have been put together that we needed to cover and i put it into different categories so basically the investor capital raising the enterprise protocol the licensing and revenue sections the nova consumer the yellow butterflies certification and then some of the stuff that was falling out of the scope which is actually what aiden is taking care of right now
[Dan Lawless] so
[Dan Lawless] in the investor section so we can go through this first and we don't necessarily need to go and hop into everything
[Dan Lawless] but there's basically the financial model is done and buttoned up we can change everything that we need to as far as numbers for where we want to go as far as planning and the future is concerned valuation is done
[Dan Lawless] this the the investor decks have been created by aiden he'll provide me the links i can pop them in here
[Kristina Rowland] sure and i don't mean to interrupt dan but it's my job to keep us on track for time when we only have about 20 minutes left can we keep the conversation to the enterprise mvp because that was first on jen's list in her email that she sent out last week
[Aidan Uttinger] yeah
[Dan Lawless] yes the enterprise
[Dan Lawless] good
[Aidan Uttinger] i was just going to jump in there
[Aidan Uttinger] because i spoke to jim about that there's no point getting the enterprise stuff done if nova is going to like as you said put eon face so the first thing that i focused on was no one can do anything if she's not at a level where you can feel confident and in a price situation she can deal with it so that was the first thing for me so that's why that's done so yeah i mean the
[Kristina Rowland] and i completely understand
[Kristina Rowland] i completely understand that
[Aidan Uttinger] enterprise thing was something i just tabled like nodded probably two weeks ago
[Aidan Uttinger] and i've been putting all my time into getting these other things done right so it's just going to come down to how much time we can put into it
[Aidan Uttinger] i can't give you something on that at the moment because i've been doing so many hours on this
[Dan Lawless] i made some good progress on the protocol
[Kristina Rowland] and i do i don't want him to be undersold the appreciation of the time that you've put in aiden
[Kristina Rowland] that's not the point of the conversation but we do still need a timeline of when and so if there is no timeline expectation then that's an answer
[Dan Lawless] for me it was always like we have the protocol pretty much in order and working in a working state obviously aiden is working on refining how nova responds in that protocol but the protocol is set up
[Dan Lawless] and what i've been saying from day one is that we just need to have a 60 to 90 day install and anything we need to sort with a client coming into that type of engagement could easily get sorted in that amount of time
[Dan Lawless] there's going to be hiccups with people that like bringing new people into something like this so like if we have an install window then we're fine
[Kristina Rowland] sure and that all can be discussed by sales and that department
[Kristina Rowland] but it's difficult to keep going into conversations
[Kristina Rowland] that could mean a lot of revenue but also have large reputational stakes without having these kind of answers
[Kristina Rowland] am i incorrect in my interpretation that as of right now where the tech stands it wouldn't be prudent to give a timeline to someone
[Dan Lawless] 60 to 90 days install
[Kristina Rowland] okay
[Kristina Rowland] okay
[Dan Lawless] i'm giving you the timeline 60 to 90 days it's against all time
[Dan Lawless] because then we just say it's an install time and i have to do an audit in front of anybody that i put this in front of regardless because everybody's going to have different systems
[Kristina Rowland] perfect
[Dan Lawless] so there's an audit that needs to happen as far as how it actually gets installed and then once i get that audit done then i can actually go through and figure out what it's going to take to install this it's different on every single person's environment because we don't know what their tech stack looks like
[Kristina Rowland] now
[Aidan Uttinger] and on the cdl
[Kristina Rowland] i'm going to back up a layer aiden i'm going to back up a layer and come back to you
[Kristina Rowland] actually
[Kristina Rowland] so that we can get some decisions made is what still needs to be fixed what needs to happen with nova
[Kristina Rowland] before it would be even wise for us to make enterprise offers to your point
[Kristina Rowland] that there was there's a lot of work at the foundational layer that still needs to be done
[Aidan Uttinger] no i mean that's what i've been doing so if i wasn't clear so i didn't have a i don't know what the protocol is but jen sent me something just a few days ago which was her sort of her framework of it and so what i've done is i've done it i've built all those improvements i've said are based around those being the pillars of so it's been building it on the protocol the protocol might not be fully rep from this yet but she's given me a very good framework of it all so that's what i've been doing i've been improving nova whilst falling in line with what the proposed protocol is
[Aidan Uttinger] so in terms of turning that on
[Aidan Uttinger] unless there's something that i'm missing which i don't believe i am with this she could be switched over should it be switched over at least we're still testing the last two
[Aidan Uttinger] rounds but they are currently showing higher than any other ones so we're still making improvements but if we revert back to the last one that was fully tested we could take that live switch it over like pretty much straight away i don't think there's anything i mean i have to talk with dan about it i haven't had a chance to drop in with him yet but from what i can tell can just switch it over to that one so because we haven't changed anything other than other than the prompt and making sure that we're keeping in line with safety and law because there was a lot of things where that wasn't right now
[Aidan Uttinger] so to be clear
[Jen Loving] can i just clarify what you're saying aiden just to make sure that we're all understanding the same thing
[Jen Loving] my understanding of what we're talking about is that you're saying that the improvements that you made we could switch that over and then when people are using the consumer app they would be using the version that you worked on and tested and improved correct
[Jen Loving] correct right
[Aidan Uttinger] they'd be using it for everything so because thing is asking about the corporate side specifically right like rolling out like when we could do something with the cdl platform or something
[Aidan Uttinger] and so that the first port was made to be able to give you an answer on that was to get her up to a level where she's asking where she's answering it to a level where it would be like totally a good you know totally acceptable very extremely low failure rate for anything that would be in any corporate facing bank so that's what that was the first step that had to be done first because if we can't get that right then the timeline is wrong but now based on where i've got it to
[Aidan Uttinger] i mean once once the i can't talk about integrating it into someone else's thing because i don't know but in terms of the platform that i'm that i'm that i'm thinking of doing with the cdl stuff i mean as soon as that was built we'll be plugged into this and it would be it would be able to be taken would obviously always i would recommend there's always a ongoing testing thing that's part of it because you can continually get better and try new things and but but yeah that's that's that's where it's at from my side
[Jen Loving] and you baked all of that
[Jen Loving] too
[Jen Loving] right
[Aidan Uttinger] so that was the logical first step otherwise it wouldn't make sense
[Dan Lawless] just
[Jen Loving] and you based all of that on the when dan sent me an example of the claude
[Jen Loving] constitution and asked me to create a constitution for loving as a nova and i did that
[Jen Loving] and that's what you have made the improvements around and that i gave you just like two weeks ago correct
[Jen Loving] okay
[Aidan Uttinger] i didn't gave it to me last six days ago and i didn't make the improvements based on that i made sure that i made the improvements while every part of what you said was a value or a part of what it had to do was still on it so we didn't change i didn't change i would have tried and changed a bunch of other stuff but i worked within the framework of that so that it's not going if we're improving her and she's totally off what your vision is for the protocol that would be another waste of time so that's what's the approach i've taken nothing else made sense to me to do i mean it could go and try and build out the platform more but if you can't get that fixed then you're going to what are you going to be selling it if you're just going to it's not it's going to make everyone look bad so this was the first step and it's at a point now where it can where it can it can be pushed out
[Aidan Uttinger] so whatever anyone builds now i mean
[Aidan Uttinger] it should be it's going to be acceptable and good and much much better than where it was still not perfect
[Jen Loving] and are there things that you
[Aidan Uttinger] but it's it's very important for business over is very very good
[Aidan Uttinger] right you're scoring higher than any of the others but it does also require a model change the misreal that we're on i tested it and it failed every single one against against the other thinking model so claude sonnet was the best performing one and it's it's it's more expensive but it's still very cheap compared with you know when you think about a per outside thing
[Jen Loving] right
[Aidan Uttinger] so i'll put together a report for you guys to look at but there's very very clear things on on some things that need to change
[Aidan Uttinger] so
[Jen Loving] yeah that was very helpful and i and i know you shared that with me and i don't think that i knew initially that that's how the constitution was going to be used but i think it's a great use of the constitution but you mentioned that there were things that aiden you would also recommend
[Jen Loving] well just in this conversation just now you mentioned there's some things you would recommend also changing or improving for the for her can you include those in your report
[Jen Loving] because at the constitution
[Jen Loving] oh okay
[Jen Loving] yeah
[Jen Loving] right
[Aidan Uttinger] nothing nothing that i would recommend nothing that i would recommend i mean so your stuff because it's your vision for what the protocol is right so it took your stuff because that's got to be right it's your stuff and but i also included it in all the legal stuff because there's a heap of things that would have got you in lots of hot water and specifically in a couple of states like new york and california and nevada
[Aidan Uttinger] so i've i've taken all that into consideration that's the only thing is i've added earners is like where you could get them hot water from a legal standpoint and making sure that it fits all of your criteria and it's keeping in you know all the all the compliance things that would that are legally required for any sort of ai companion model or whatever it is
[Aidan Uttinger] you know
[Jen Loving] yeah and that's huge and i'm super grateful that you did all that
[Jen Loving] so the question i guess is you know we've been spending money just so the team knows on the testing that aiden's been doing because it costs money to do all that testing
[Jen Loving] and i see your heads up ted
[Jen Loving] go ahead time
[Ted Anders] okay i'll put this out there and decide where to weave it in jen in support of all of this conversation and coming back to christina point about what are we really going to be able to say and sell soon maybe one of the things we can get to as we bring this piece of the conversation to a close is how do we take everything we're about to talk about and say what we're going to be saying to hli and getting ready for our one and two pagers for accenture so let's just think that we have a november 5th accenture meeting and this all needs to come to some closure
[Ted Anders] at a certain point so if you just weave that in as you see fit
[Kristina Rowland] i think that's i think that's a great culmination is we have a lot of traction we've got a lot of opportunities we've got a lot of things moving which are great
[Kristina Rowland] but we have to know the limitations of what we're selling and especially so like from my perspective being in charge of marketing
[Kristina Rowland] i have to be very very careful about not marketing something that is not a true capacity of the service that we're providing right now and so that's why these answers are important for every other department every other department hinges on answers timelines expectations in this space
[Kristina Rowland] and so i'm thrilled to hear that version nine of nova business nova
[Kristina Rowland] could be deployed straight away aiden
[Jen Loving] and i guess that question i have about that is
[Jen Loving] from the go-to-market strategies that we have the influencers and the consumer app
[Jen Loving] and i just want to confirm from what you're saying aiden that if we were to switch
[Jen Loving] the consumer app over to the version that you've been
[Jen Loving] improving with claude sonnet
[Jen Loving] that that would be then we would be in a place where we would feel safe in terms of
[Jen Loving] how that's going to perform with people
[Jen Loving] is question number one
[Jen Loving] and we could do that any time right like as soon as we decide based on
[Jen Loving] your results that we're not making any substantial improvements on the testing it may be time to just say okay we've made as much as proven as we can at this point is that true aiden that's my understanding
[Aidan Uttinger] we can still make more improvements but i've spent 500 on testing over six days like running pretty much 24 hours a day with all the top models and in that we've got to a point where 95 so over 95 times out of 10 on blind judgments with models that have no idea who wrote the answers who wrote the questions 95 times out of 10 they are choosing my new model for everything over efficacy everything so yes it's infinitely better in terms of testing so yeah i mean it's at a point where i would say that you think you're good to go but i mean that was done with 500 bucks and probably something like this should be just continually running until you get it to as close to as close to 100 across everywhere as you can but that's the budget cap
[Jen Loving] yeah and i think well and i think we you know we could keep going as long as you're seeing improvements like i think it's a good use of the funds that we have to keep improving the tech and i know as part of the build i think this is the question goes back to the agreement
[Jen Loving] nova's memory her being able to be able to have the speaker function spanish there was a whole bunch of things in the consumer piece
[Jen Loving] that were part of the improvements to her
[Jen Loving] are those things that dan you're in charge of or those things that aiden is in charge of
[Dan Lawless] some of them are going to get done and some of them are going to be used with native functionality and i have that in my list as well
[Aidan Uttinger] but
[Dan Lawless] so you can speak to nova currently with android or apple
[Jen Loving] wait say that
[Dan Lawless] and spanish is just a matter of putting a drop down in it
[Dan Lawless] that would happen to the span
[Dan Lawless] ic
[Jen Loving] wait one second i paid sudo labs to do the spanish part and i'm not sure i don't understand what the native thing is i don't understand like right now when i'm on nova i can use my microphone and like i can do speak to text but it's not the speaking function
[Aidan Uttinger] have mapped out
[Dan Lawless] what do you i'm not sure i understand what you mean by speaking function
[Jen Loving] okay
[Aidan Uttinger] i've mapped out the speaking function jen in my model as well just so you can okay so that's just she's just talking about voice like speaking to it rather than text you know writing into it and languages are not a problem either because i mean depending on what model you can speak any language so you don't need to get a different model put in that's just i don't know how yeah
[Jen Loving] no i know they're not different i say it's just improvements in the features and the functionality of the consumer app and the reason i'm asking these questions is because i'm trying to get clarity and i think this is what christine is trying to get clarity around
[Jen Loving] is we have go to market strategies one is
[Jen Loving] should we you know we have an invitation to go to new york to get in front of 50 influencers for a breakfast
[Jen Loving] and find some and we also have another connection for another group of creators
[Jen Loving] to look at getting them to help start really blowing up the consumer subscriptions that's one strategy
[Jen Loving] how much time do we realistically need before we would be ready for influencers to become marketing ambassadors and really start pushing nova out and really driving that marketing effort to get the consumer app generating revenue 5000 subscribers 100000 monthly recurring revenue that was one of the strategies the other strategy is we've paid
[Jen Loving] gen k from sanguine to do the partnership
[Jen Loving] mastermind so that we can get our enterprise protocol they have those 200 companies and then they have that other ceo that's 500 companies and then that's a strategy that we're using
[Jen Loving] as well
[Jen Loving] to have the protocol available to be installed inside other people's tech i like your strategy ada as far as the cdl being what we sell and that might be what we go to those companies and sell
[Jen Loving] and the question is
[Jen Loving] how much time is it going to will it be until we're really feel like confident and ready to get those sales to the enterprise and to be approaching those companies and then we have christina working on
[Jen Loving] the curriculum and going into schools and she has a really close relationship with schools and i don't know where or what type of version of nova is going to be inside the curriculum
[Jen Loving] i think that's something i would need to know from you christina
[Jen Loving] so that aidan and dan can answer that question i think it's a matter of we just want to know from a time perspective
[Jen Loving] realistically how much time do we really feel we need
[Jen Loving] for nova to be ready in those different capacities that we feel like we could have a sellable
[Jen Loving] safe
[Jen Loving] version of nova in those different ways so that we can be marketing that and selling that
[Jen Loving] i think that's the am i understanding that's the question we're trying to answer
[Kristina Rowland] yes
[Ted Anders] yes
[Aidan Uttinger] i guess that's up to you guys though all i'm doing at the moment is trying to improve significantly from where she was when she gets to a level that you guys feel it's okay to do that
[Aidan Uttinger] and it's your call i don't know the answer to that and then she's still not perfect but she's a lot better so you're already selling something
[Aidan Uttinger] and you had a ton of liability from what i could find so i mean yeah it's a work in progress i don't know there's still been improvements every round but it's definitely slowing down because the tweaks are becoming much more refined and it might pick up a percent here or there or something so it's just constant ongoing testing i think to keep it going without major sacrifice on one of the warmth or something like that so i don't have
[Ted Anders] so is that aiden is that the main statement we make
[Ted Anders] when we're making sales if we're following the three channels that jen was just talking about talking to influencers let them know let them experience it directly which is what jen would be having them do and explain that of course as every tech company it's constant ongoing background development and improvement please send in your feedback but right now it's 90 safe and accurate and wonderful to use as the type of sacred companion or soul coach that jen might say to an influencer of moms or however the words will be used if in fact presented in new york and so we basically just say it's an ongoing development clause and go ahead and move forward
[Ted Anders] is that because i know christina would like us to have some kind of a decision so we can take action
[Kristina Rowland] well
[Ted Anders] well they're going to say the same thing they're going to say the same thing
[Aidan Uttinger] yeah i mean you're probably asking the wrong person because you need to probably ask if you'd probably need to ask a lawyer i don't know i don't know i don't want to tell you i can tell you yeah i mean i can show you how much there it is but i can't tell you that stuff ever i don't think
[Kristina Rowland] this is where it gets and aiden if this is something that you're absolving yourself of responsibility on then totally fine
[Kristina Rowland] but so far as i understand
[Kristina Rowland] you and dan together
[Kristina Rowland] are the tech development team and so what we're doing is asking the tech development team for some kind of timeline on when we can expect the things that were in jen's email
[Kristina Rowland] to be reality
[Kristina Rowland] and if the answer is i don't know is an answer
[Kristina Rowland] or that's not my lien is also an answer
[Kristina Rowland] but it feels a lot like one step in one and not the other
[Kristina Rowland] where it's like what can what can we ask you when it comes to and i have no emotional attachment
[Kristina Rowland] to what you absolve yourself from as far as responsibility goes
[Kristina Rowland] because if it's not your lien then it's not your lien but we do have a tech team
[Kristina Rowland] that tech team has a lane
[Kristina Rowland] that lane comes with responsibilities and one of those responsibilities is
[Kristina Rowland] clarity on the email that jen sent last week
[Kristina Rowland] and so whoever has an answer for us for that
[Kristina Rowland] we would like an answer for that
[Kristina Rowland] even if the answer is
[Kristina Rowland] i don't know
[Aidan Uttinger] as far as that goes whether it's the documents all up to date or there's few little things that dan's still putting into place
[Ted Anders] so i have a question aiden as i watch the time so christina can close us out on time
[Ted Anders] and going back to the original explanation she said about how we're using the customer driven leadership thinking behind our meetings
[Ted Anders] so jen as the primary customer of the list you sent out that christina is trying to get the final answers to jen what do you care about most as we close out this meeting with regard to that list
[Jen Loving] i think first of all i want to say aiden has been working an enormous amount of hours and has stepped up and done a ton of work
[Ted Anders] no
[Ted Anders] dell
[Jen Loving] and i could not ask for more of a vading he's beyond done
[Jen Loving] what so i think that needs to be highly acknowledged and i want to just say
[Jen Loving] this is
[Jen Loving] there continues to feel a tremendous amount of tension on the meetings when it comes to conversations around our tech and i really would like to get to the root of
[Jen Loving] fixing that
[Jen Loving] because it seems like
[Jen Loving] that part bothers me
[Jen Loving] i will say that
[Jen Loving] aiden you've done
[Jen Loving] an enormous amount of work and you've gone above and beyond and the fact that
[Jen Loving] this tech has been in this situation and the condition that's been in for months and has not been safe and has not been all those things
[Jen Loving] is concerning to me because that's something i feel
[Jen Loving] is the most is really the most important thing which is why i haven't been pushing out the consumer thing even though we have been people have been paying for it
[Jen Loving] so
[Jen Loving] i guess for me it's important that aiden continues to do the testing he's doing and it continues to improve because this is our technologist is what we're selling and this is going to go in the protocols is going to go for the kids
[Jen Loving] i think this whole issue dating came back and said that really she should not be
[Jen Loving] the other issue is about the age
[Jen Loving] and then that's something else that we need to talk about like creating something that's going to be are the kids going to be using it in the schools so that's another thing that's coming up so the bottom line is like we ran out of time what i really would like to know is
[Jen Loving] with your own integrity aiden in your own thought because i know how much you care about
[Jen Loving] things like when do you think
[Jen Loving] you would feel
[Jen Loving] like this is a product that would be safely sold
[Jen Loving] to consumers
[Jen Loving] and in a protocol like the cdl
[Aidan Uttinger] in the city outlet scored 995 right at the moment and some test 100 so i think it's there
[Aidan Uttinger] i mean
[Jen Loving] you think it's ready for that okay and then what about for consumer do you think like putting influencers on it and blowing up the consumer thing is it's ready to do that or do you think you would recommend waiting until we get more testing and more safety features in place
[Aidan Uttinger] i would get a clinician or someone on board who can do the human side of that because there's still some things that haven't been done from that side i mean i wouldn't do the because it can still make a mistake it's just ai they all do so i just want to make sure that you've legally protected for that stuff that's all so that's why my strong recommendation is to go on the is to go on the corporate side she's still got the warmth but she's not probably going to get as much of hairy things that could slightly you know where she could miss something like jumping off a bridge thing and then you've got that's also to me you're far fastest path to revenue as well so there is it's very clear like from where i've got at that she should be r18 right now until you get the parental guidance thing logged in so i think the kids thing needs to be looked at through that lens and then maybe you have specialists or something we can do testing for that specific version of nova that would deal with children but right now they all see it unequivocally to make it our 18
[Aidan Uttinger] as she is right now because there's not there's not enough there's a bunch of stuff that would still need to be done to to have it safe or or to protect you you could do it and you might be fine but that was the where it's at i'll send you the whole i'll send you the summary of all the testing and you guys can decide on that what what you want to do but but i also think and i'm not sure i'm the right person to say this because dan probably will know better but it's not i don't think there is anything wrong with the tick right like if you can tell me a specific thing in the tech that you're worried about i mean dankin will be the one to answer it what i've found is it's just the prompt that's the that's the issue and a couple of coding things so i'm not really doing tech stuff here to improve it there are things that can be done like the app can be made to look better and things like that but the text this is all improvements from the prompt right and the prompt is the thing that's getting the responses so the tech side of things to me i don't see it i don't i'm not aware of any problems but i'm also not tech guy so all those things that you see on dan's list which may not seem like much is being done a tech stuff right and that helps how the whole thing works and integrates
[Aidan Uttinger] so i don't know that there's too much that's not done on the tech side or is not not a lot that i can see but certainly the prompting side needed a lot of testing and a lot of work
[Aidan Uttinger] so don't know where that
[Jen Loving] dan are you supposed to be in a meeting with scarlet right now i just got a message from her
[Dan Lawless] yes
[Dan Lawless] i'm just waiting for this to wrap up and then i will hop over there
[Jen Loving] okay
[Jen Loving] yeah i think i think
[Jen Loving] yeah
[Kristina Rowland] it will we'll wrap it up sorry that this ran late today but we needed the time we needed the time
[Kristina Rowland] jen do you want to close out
[Dan Lawless] the protocol
[Jen Loving] well they're waiting and you're well you're waiting they're waiting in your room dan
[Dan Lawless] just okay the protocol in all reality is built and we just need to plug aiden's stuff into it and then it can install and we just need a little bit of time to do the install which is what
[Ted Anders] and that's the kind of confident answer i think would be great to take over into your next conversation coming up
[Ted Anders] dan that real clearly
[Ted Anders] yeah
[Dan Lawless] i'm going see you guys
[Kristina Rowland] okay
[Kristina Rowland] wonderful
[Aidan Uttinger] tim do you want
[Aidan Uttinger] to
[Kristina Rowland] just to wrap up
[Kristina Rowland] well thank you
[Ted Anders] christina i'm just saying you're just doing a fabulous job of leading us today keep going to the closure
[Ted Anders] youe do
[Kristina Rowland] point me an interaction and i'll i'll keep it on track okay so so just so that we we have some closure i don't think that there was a strong decision made i think that there's a lot more information which is great that will help us pick our go-to-market strategy i trust that all of the work and care that aiden has put into it we should pursue the ones that are over 18 and ted maybe what that looks like is the commercial obviously the commercial enterprise application but then a curriculum
[Ted Anders] was the dot
[Ted Anders] right
[Ted Anders] yes
[Kristina Rowland] for with adults which we had already explored and talked about and from our conversation from what you sent me with beverly and her insight there it just makes a whole lot of sense and so what i'm gonna do is get together with you this week in order to solidify some of the things in the operating system so that it works better i would love it if jen and ted you guys could hop in there and kind of noodle around with it and anything that look is like not working great for you or kind of clunky let me know because the the goal is to have one central hub of operations for all of the leaders team members and then support staff or any contractors that we bring on in the future that make sense okay and we'll just consider those are two go-to-market balls that were moving down the field which i don't know if that reframes for you jen on the influencer side of things and whether we go to new york and things like that but we will touch base about that and make some decisions and make some longs
[Jen Loving] okay and then i guess we also need to figure out because there is the company cybernetic shield also that wanted us to do curriculum and support safe ai for kids and i think that's something that obviously based on what aiden said we would need to and i don't know who would be responsible for that then to work on
[Jen Loving] the aversion for kids that would be safe but that's something else to put on the conversation
[Jen Loving] like who would we look to to help with something like that
[Kristina Rowland] well
[Jen Loving] what's that aiden
[Aidan Uttinger] to be clear though to be clear on one just really quickly like that six days ago it wasn't clear for anything right so the kid recommendation is right now where it's at but i mean if you decide that that's a focus i don't think you should stop like christina's got something lined up and do it but then we just need to make sure we do some testing and do some things for that and get whatever the things are that are causing it to be there's nothing that can't be done from it it's just that it hasn't been carefully thought through and planned and with the objective of this is what we're launching
[Jen Loving] yeah
[Jen Loving] well
[Aidan Uttinger] let's get safe right so what do we need
[Aidan Uttinger] so that's important no that's six days
[Jen Loving] it's amazing
[Aidan Uttinger] on two sides
[Kristina Rowland] it's crazy
[Kristina Rowland] i'm just thinking
[Jen Loving] yeah it's amazing i think the thing is she has a she has a junior high that we've been right in junior high school we were going to start with junior high age which is like 11 12 10 11 12 13 something like that but we might need to
[Kristina Rowland] about narrower go-to-market scopes
[Kristina Rowland] because they do present better and due diligence and investor conversations they don't want to see that we are pursuing every avenue at the same time
[Kristina Rowland] when i'm thinking about it it's not that it isn't applicable everywhere it's that we have to pick the feet that we're going to put forward
[Kristina Rowland] and investors are going to want to know
[Ted Anders] yeah
[Kristina Rowland] things like timeline deliverables when can i expect these kind of things
[Kristina Rowland] and they're going to want to know that the go to market strategy is strongly supported it stands within the bounds of what the company can already demonstrate demonstrably provide so from and then because we're raising capital and we're not just
[Kristina Rowland] selling we have to consider both of those things in equal measure which is the reason for my suggestion
[Jen Loving] yeah and then we do need to change the terms of service then so that it's 18 years old because right now it's 13 years and older
[Jen Loving] and how that gets changed
[Jen Loving] i'm not sure
[Jen Loving] but
[Kristina Rowland] all right
[Aidan Uttinger] made a whole bunch i'll send you everything
[Aidan Uttinger] i've already i've done i've done everything that would need to be done based on what i found so it's just a matter of you guys looking through it all and seeing looking at all the evidence but it just takes a while to compile because there's a ton there i did speak to zach that he would come in with zach i don't know where he's at but he seemed at least open to the possibility that he was very much of the same opinion that we should be focusing on one thing should we focus on corporate should we focus on like because he said it's like we can build something out and if you guys want the cdl thing quickly i mean
